I started playing during the Scars or Mirrodin block. A few months before I began playing my brother had been brought into the game and loved it. Personally, I was skeptical.

My brother's friend, who was playing competitively at the time, finally convinced me to join them for a little "kitchen table" magic one night. I have been hooked ever since. Casual magic formats and multiplayer are still my first love and I especially prefer EDH/Commander now. I really enjoy teaching new players and bringing new people into the game I enjoy so much. Most of the time when you see my name it will be commenting on the Rules Q&A or Deck Help sections of the site. If you are a casual player and want a little help, feel free to hit me up!

As you can see from the number of decks on my profile, I am an avid deckbuilder. Many of the decks you will see there are barely formed ideas that need work and tuning to be truly playable. I hope to rectify that soon.
