Does my Kira stops my Deadeye Navigator Soulbound Effect? How this is gona Works and how can I manipulate it succesfuly?
Does my Kira stops my Spark Double / Sakashima of a Thousand Faces ? How its gona work? Because in the Text there isnt any Target.

If a spell or ability doesn't explicitly say target, it doesn't target. Kira, Great Glass-Spinner won't prevent either of these.
