Kret on Muldrotha: Budget Elemental Tribe!

Soul of the Harvest, Fertilid, Mulldrifter and Shriekmaw are good budget elementals.
Wolfbriar Elemental is a nice mana sink in the late game.
Consider adding backgrounds like Master Chef or Scion of Halaster.
You are running Joint Exploration. Consider similar cards like Explore or Growth Spiral. They can let your deck gain some early velocity.
If you play multiple elementals with evoke then a card like Village Rites becomes useful because you can cast it in response to the evoke trigger and draw 2. Card like Evolutionary Leap could also be used in response to evoke trigger to draw a fresh elemental
Zendikar's Roil can let you go wide with elementals.
Tatyova, Steward of Tides makes your lands into 3/3/ elementals
Kenrith's Transformation is a great removal spell that replaces itself and can be recurred.
Tezzeret's Gambit draws 2 cards and proliferates.
Nissa, Voice of Zendikar puts counters on each creature for just 3 mana
Cards I would replace:
- cards with kicker and Vine Gecko (they are generally worse cards than regular budget ramp spells like Rampant Growth or Cultivate)
- 6 forests because you have low mana curve (I would cut the land count to something like 36 lands, but you could also swap them for dual lands with basic land types from Kaldheim - Woodland Chasm, Dominaria United - Haunted Mire, Temple cycle - Temple of Malady or bounce lands - Golgari Rot Farm
- Titania, Protector of Argoth because there is only one card -> Harrow that can proc her ability to make elementals
I would also cut some of the elementals that don't have any useful abilties like Jaddi Lifestrider, Healer of the Glade, Glade Watcher, Floodhound, Offalsnout, Smolder Initiate and Slitherwisp.
Hope you find some of the suggestions helpful.

3> Ahhh I've been wanting to play with Obosh, the Preypiercer and Angrath's Marauders - glad you found a spot for them. While you're at it, you could also consider other "damage doublers" such as Wound Reflection and Fiendish Duo. I've thought about a Vial-Smasher deck with a White partner just to add Gisela, Blade of Goldnight.
3> I see you enjoy big monsters and X-spells here. Oh to be young again... but seriously, this seems like a good deck to play them in as you would be rewarded. Instants are your friend, as you can Smash Vials on everyone's turn! No Comet Storm?
3> I would be worried about Vial-Smasher getting nuked from orbit as soon as your turn passes and it's no longer indestructible. You'll find Heroic Intervention and Slippery Bogbonder will help with targeted Exile removal. You already have Destroy and Sacrifice covered I see.
3> I see some cost-reduced and commander-free spells in there, but you have a limited suite. While doing research for my thoughts on Vial-Smasher, I found the following might be helpful - list is just copy/paste, so it will include some White and/or Blue cards:
- 3- Offalsnout (evoke B)
- 3- Rushwood Legate (opponent control island)

TriusMalarky thanks for all this help. I see how good Thunderkin Awakener is in this deck.
I have a couple of noob questions to ask, not to question your cards choices, but to understand them:
-
why not more copies of Flickerwisp? It's ability is great in a deck based on ETB abilities.
-
Why Mulldrifter in the sideboard? Against what decks would you use it?
-
How good Offalsnout and Healer of the Glade really are? And why?
TriusMalarky on 5c elementals toolbox

I've been working with Elementals for a while. Haven't quite finished, but here's some notes:
4x Thunderkin Awakener is necessary, at least for your game one strat. It gets you so much value it's insane. Between Vesperlark, Risen Reef, Spitebellows, Lightning Skelemental, Flamekin Harbinger and Flickerwisp, it can do everything from giving you a free Blightning+ every turn to being repeatable removal to drawing you multiple cards a turn.
Don't try and go too heavy into the 'toolbox' aspect game one. Leave Sideboard cards in the sideboard. While you do have 8 tutors, you really can't afford to use maindeck slots for cards like Wispmare or Ingot Chewer.
I did forget about Eldritch Evolution in my brewing, but it's a great card here.
Here's my proposition on a slightly altered list utilizing Evolution:
-
4x Arcum's Astrolabe(Include a lot of Snow Mountains and Snow Forests)
-
4x Vesperlark
-
3x Spitebellows
-
4x Risen Reef
-
2x Shriekmaw
-
4x Neoform
-
2x Flickerwisp
Giving you 22 lands. You can probably fit Omnath in there as a 1-of for fun, but I'm unsure if he's worth it.
Here's why: Briarhorn sucks. Its ability is mostly worthless in a format where you want to be winning the game for 3 or 4 mana. Smokebraider is far too slow. Neoform and Eldritch Evolution are perfect here for making sure you are fast enough.
Now, here's the nice thing -- that maindeck is a generic one-size-fits-all deck, and it's nowhere near optimized for individual matchups. Guess what that means? Post SB, you will be able to assemble the absolute perfect deck for beating your opponent, often in a way that still wins the game quickly and efficiently.
On your sideboard:
-
2x Flickerwisp. This is needed when you're siding in Ingot Chewer and Wispmare. It's also very good in any slower matchup.
-
2x Ingot Chewer.
-
1x Wispmare
-
1x Mulldrifter
-
2x Shriekmaw
-
3x Offalsnout
Since you get 12 tutor effects, you can easily just side in one or two cards and still have a really solid gameplan.
I hope that helps. Not a ton of flex slots because you're just running ways to win against the average opponent g1, but it keeps its 'ultimate toolbox' type strategy while gaining a much more potent curve.

You need to be mindful of the cost of cards you are adding to your maindeck because of your companion, and you should probably pretend that Offalsnout dosen't exist :)
I would reccomend somthing like a backup plan, such as a powerful planeswalker or creature that will attack your opponent on a different axis than swarming.
Also, you could be running the Dryad-otIG + Valkut combo that everyone plays.
Challenge yourself to find some cards that are not elementals but can keep you comboing such as Explore. Underworld Breach could make your combo more resiliant and deterministic.
Take everything you read with a grain of salt!

Update: I looked into Evoke. I think that ability has some really nice support behind it.
Vesperlark is a nice way to get back a Reef. Spitebellows is removal that doesn't stop me when I'm storming off. Shriekmaw is better, probably. Offalsnout is nice against Dredge.

Props for not going easy mode with Edgar Markov.
As for suggestions, the best thing I think you could do to improve this deck is to make it more explosive. The way to do that would be to add free sacrifice outlets, along with creatures that provide you multiple bodies.
For bodies, I would add Hallowed Spiritkeeper, Lightning Coils, Belfry Spirit, Promise of Bunrei, Teysa, Orzhov Scion, Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, Sorin, Solemn Visitor, and Pawn of Ulamog.
For sac outlets, Viscera Seer, Indulgent Aristocrat, Bloodthrone Vampire, Bloodflow Connoisseur, Cartel Aristocrat, Blood Bairn, Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter, Vampire Aristocrat, and Yahenni, Undying Partisan are good vampire options. Sadistic Hypnotist, Dimir House Guard, Spawning Pit, Hidden Stockpile, Mind Slash are also good. What's important is that you can go off all at once. You want to sac a bunch of creatures to grow Elenda and sac her the same turn.
The other challenge you'll want to keep in mind is that Elenda, the Dusk Rose must go to your graveyard to get the trigger. That means If you want to recast her, you'll have to reanimate her or exile her from your graveyard. Bojuka Bog, Relic of Progenitus, Angel of Finality, God-Pharaoh's Gift (and Gate to the Afterlife!), Skeletal Scrying, Rescue from the Underworld, Necromancer's Covenant, Cremate, Seance, Planar Void, Goryo's Vengeance, Postmortem Lunge, Purgatory. Despoiler of Souls, Mistmoon Griffin, Purify the Grave, Offalsnout, Coffin Purge, Drudge Spell, Cryptwailing, Treacherous Vampire, and Consecrate / Consume, Angelic Renewal, Karmic Guide, Reveillark (the prior two being an infinite loop combo), Dread Return, Nim Deathmantle (there are combos with it and Ashnod's Altar, which you also want), Palace Siege, Bloodline Necromancer, Profane Command, Unburial Rites, Faith's Reward, Ever After, Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants, Hell's Caretaker. Apprentice Necromancer, Wake the Dead, Second Sunrise, Infernal Offering, Corpse Dance, Zombify, Resurrection, No Rest for the Wicked, and Footsteps of the Goryo, are all good options.
The final piece of the puzzle is making your sacrifices devastating. Dictate of Erebos, Butcher of Malakir, Grave Pact, Black Market, Harvester of Souls, Midnight Reaper, Grim Haruspex, Zulaport Cutthroat, Open the Graves, Blade of the Bloodchief, Ogre Slumlord, Athreos, God of Passage, and Dark Prophecy will help with that.
Teysa Karlov could also be very good in this deck with all the death triggers. Nothing wrong with good old value creatures like Solemn Simulacrum, either.
You could also use a few tribal things like Kindred Dominance, Konda's Banner, Cover of Darkness, Vampire Nocturnus, Vanquisher's Banner, Path of Ancestry, and Metallic Mimic.
