This deck has multiple win conditions. Multiple ways of putting your nuts on people's chins.

For example:

Win Con #1

Lots of Tokens + Craterhoof Behemoth can end everyone at the table in one wide swing. Craterhoof Behemoth can be replaced with Beastmaster Ascension, Overrun, or some sort of combination like a big Champion of Lambholt. Since Champion of Lambholt triggers off any creature entering the battlefield, it can get huge quickly in this deck. For example, Academy Manufactor + Chatterfang, Squirrel General + Old Gnawbone + Champion of Lambholt if Old Gnawbone attacks and get's through for damage, Academy Manufactor will create a total of 21 tokens. Chatterfang will trigger making 21 Squirrel tokens giving Champion of Lambholt a fat +21/+21 counter boost instantly. Whatever you have on the battlefield will be essentially guaranteed to be unblockable.

Win Con #2

Lots of Tokens + Phyrexian Altar + Zulaport Cutthroat can ping everyone down. Zulaport Cutthroat can be replaced by Syr Konrad, the Grim or Poison-Tip Archer or Bastion of Remembrance or Agent of the Iron Throne. Syr Konrad, Poison-Tip, and Agent of the Iron Throne are especially powerful in this deck because the first two trigger on ANY creature dying not just yours. Agent triggers off of creatures AND tokens leaving the battlefield. Since this deck focuses on token generation you'll have plenty to ping people with. Especially if you manage to get something like Academy Manufactor + Doubling Season out on the battlefield and some sort of token generator such as Tendershoot Dryad. We focus on drainers | pingers in this deck that hit all opponents as opposed to cards like Blood Artist, which only hit 1 target.

Win Con #3

Win Con three will revolve around commander damage, although this will probably be the weakest way to win. It's might be the best way to sneak in a quick kill on an opponent. To do this you'll need Chatterfang, Squirrel General + Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth and squirrel tokens on the board. Any other buffs will help with the damage as well such as from Beastmaster Ascension or Chitterspitter or Drey Keeper. Since Chatterfang, Squirrel General has forest walk, with Yavimaya on the board, it will be unblockable during attack. So, pay a single black mana and buff Chatterfang to increase the commander damage. Other ways to buff Chatterfang, Squirrel General will be to have Eldrazi Monument or Coat of Arms + Maskwood Nexus or Allosaurus Shepherd + Maskwood Nexus
