Some cards I would consider, in no particular order. IMO, you need more board control. Birthing Pod, Skullclamp, Parallel Lives, Doubling Season, Whisper, Blood Liturgist, Ghoulcaller Gisa, Infernal Genesis, Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Dauthi Voidwalker, Opposition Agent Tombstone Stairwell, Scroll Rack, Sadistic Hypnotist, Living Death, Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, Toxic Deluge, Fleshbag Marauder, Attrition, Survival of the Fittest (expensive), Pernicious Deed, Defense of the Heart

Hello there. +1 for a fellow denizen of the Hive.
Just a couple questions/suggestions.
-
Whilst Survival of the Fittest is an amazing card, is it really that useful considering your commander can literally tutor ever creature in your deck? Feels like, whilst a lovely flex of a card, seems a little redundant considering you have an ability in the command zone, which also doesnt mean you need to discard a creature as well. Maybe worth looking at something like a Training Grounds to reduce the cost of Sliver Overlord's ability.
-
You are pretty light on interaction. As a Sliver player you are likely going to be targetted lol. I know that pain. You also dont have much in the way of spot removal. I kind of feel that there is an oversaturation of Slivers in the deck, that maybe arent necessarily needed. Looking at removal, protection (Teferi's Protection and other cards like Heroic Intervention), and you could also consider counter magic maybe.

Knowing how you are looking to win ould make it much easier to offer suggestions on your brood. Are you looking to go wide, combo win?
-
Patriarch's Bidding is another really good reccursion spell which you are much more likely to benefit from than others.
-
Coat of Arms is scary against any other Tribal/Typal deck. Do you need it when you have Sliver Legion?
-
Cover of Darkness seems redundant when you have Shifting Sliver which is just better for you.
-
I am a big fan of Blasphemous Act in combination with Spiteful Sliver. Can genuinely be a win con in itself. Especially against those opponents using things preventing you from attacking or going full send attack.
Hope this helps, and feel free to pop over and visit my hive anytime

This has got to be one of the most underrated commanders! Have you considered Allosaurus Shepherd, or it's more economically feasible cousin Destiny Spinner? Fauna Shaman should probably join the party as well. If money isn't an object for you (or if your pod is pro-proxy!) Survival of the Fittest is essential here. Some other staples like Veil of Summer, Autumn's Veil, Heroic Intervention, Worldly Tutor, Chord of Calling, Eldritch Evolution, Natural Order, Green Sun's Zenith, Summoner's Pact & Asceticism will make things more consistent and adaptable.
Good luck refining this one, I'm sure it will end up incredibly powerful!

It's not an Ouphe and it can be searched with Survival of the Fittest.

Hey man! Sick Commander choice, been meaning to get around to my own brew of this one.. Have you considered Shared Summons here? It seems like it could win you tons of games with the direction this list is going. Fauna Shaman & Survival of the Fittest as well!

Wow, this sparks some fond memories for me!
I first started playing almost 25 years ago. I started during about a month before Exodus dropped. The "Rath Cycle" is my sentimental favorite! Phyrexians for everyone! When Urza's Saga dropped, I bought 2 booster boxes and pulled 2x Gaea's Cradle, which I still have in my binder!
I took a long break from the game in the early 2000's because my playgroup totally fell apart as everyone got jobs, got married, and moved away. However, some of us have found our way back together and have met some new players, so we're able to squeeze in real-life paper matches once or twice a month.
One thing that's been fun for me is to go back and review my older cards! I often find some serious gems I had overlooked previously because I didn't understand the game well enough to realize how powerful they were. One of my favorite hidden gem cards is Recurring Nightmare. At the time, I simply didn't appreciate what it was, but over the last 5 years or so, I've become the graveyard's biggest fan! I've also found other hidden gems in my collection such as Yawgmoth's Will, Lake of the Dead, Survival of the Fittest, City of Traitors, etc...
I can't begin to tell you how excited I've been for the game since last Fall. Dominaria United, The Brothers' War, Phyrexia: All Will Be One, and the coming March of the Machine! Dominaria is still my favorite plane and the Brothers' War and the Phyrexians are my jam!
I'm crossing my fingers & toes that we'll witness the return of Yawgmoth! It's the arch-enemy we all deserve!
