The current Oracle text of Manabond has been updated to say: "At the beginning of your end step, you may reveal your hand and put all land cards from it onto the battlefield. If you do, discard your hand."

So this means Manabond and Sire Of Insanity trigger at the same time and the answer depends on who controls them. If you control both then you get to choose what order to put them onto the stack. If your opponent controls Sire then the Manabond trigger will go on first because you're the active player, then the Sire trigger will go on top of it, meaning the Sire trigger will resolve first.

Hi, I was wondering if I can still use the Manabond effect and play all my lands if there is a Sire Of Insanity on the field?

Or does that not work because beginning of the end step is before the discard phase?

The phases are unclear to me here.

Cards that work nicely with Damia and with your dredge theme might be: Null Brooch, Null Profusion, Awaken the Erstwhile, Cabal Conditioning, Recycle, Manabond, Demonic Collusion, Splendid Reclamation, Empty the Pits.

Infernal Sovereign is indeed great as a back-up commander so far. Wanted Zimone and Dina for the same reasson, but the sac fodder is more difficult to get ahold of than I thought.

Oh yes, Demonic Collusion is for sure going in this deck, thanks!

The budget of this deck is 30€ (35$), so unfortunately Manabond is too big a chunk of that - but what an awesome card for Damia!

Null Brooch for sure one of my favorite EDH cards. Auto include with this commander. Manabond out of budget?

Elfhame Sanctuary neat tech alongside Damia.

Infernal Sovereign potential.

Deathrite Shaman always good.

Forbid and/or Demonic Collusion Buyback doesn't get the respect it deserves in this format plus Damia loves it.

I too run Jolrael in my Simic lands deck. Quite possibly the strongest color combination for the strategy.

That Expedition Map needs Academy Ruins.
