Infinite Tsukuyomi is a reference to Naruto, so it is Japanese. It has to do with Blood Moon because the Infinite Tsukuyomi creates a red moon that controls the whole world. Similar to Blood Moon controlling lands, also the fact that it's vampires, and depending on the mythology you look at, they can control people.

I am removing Dragon's claw from my sideboard but not for bile blight or more dismember, I am about to update it. Bile Blight isn't worth playing this format, and I already have a good chunk of creature removal, so I feel decently safe there.

I have thought about playing maybe one cavern, but with blood moon in the main it becomes pretty meh. And yes, I am trying to be controlling, also I have thought of or tested just about every vampire card that you can think of. The four main lords are stromkirk captain, captivating vampire, vampire nocturnus, and bloodline keeper(when he trasforms). In terms of Nocturnus and bloodline keeper they just are not very consistent, although when they do hit it is a kind of a game changer. I have played nocturnus as a 1 of, and although it is fun, it really isn't consistent. I have been thinking of playing bloodline keeper as a 1 of to see how it goes, but just haven't yet. Captivating is just not worth it, maybe if it was a two drop because it's just a +1/+1, it's second ability is not really good especially in this format. If I had 5 creatures I wouldn't want to tap it for one most likely, but in this format the odds of even getting 5 creatures is not very good. Also I have played all the decent one drop vampires and they are okay, I just have found more consistency with this formula.
