Do you know any app to recomend me for this? On my playgroup is pretty normal to have almost 40 creatures on the battlefield, even more if someone is playing Rhys.

So, my brother used Warp World on his mono red EDH deck last FNM, and question poped up on our minds when it resolved. He ended up getting Zo-Zu the Punisher and some other stuff that didn't really mattered, but all of the opponents ended up getting lands. Zo-zu will trigger even if the cards entered on the battlefield at the same time?

I was thinking in use Last One Standing on my deck, but then a question came up on my mind. Which is the best way to select the creature at random to be the last standing? I was just thinking in maybe just use some app at my phone to generate a number(1 to X, X equals the number of creatures on the battlefield), but I just saw some guys complaining about how is not fair cause I will still choose where to begin to count. So if I get 1 on the app I just select my most powerful creature to be the starting point. Other idea was to roll a Die to select a player and then, roll the die again to select a creature of that player at random. Is there a better way or more fair way to use this card? (This second option looks better cause on my playgroup is pretty common to have a lot of creatures, like on a token strategy, and doing it like this we don't have to count all of creatures the battlefield, just the player selected on the first die roll)

I did no explain the situation that well, but I'll try to give a best example here in the comments. So:
My opponent have A Marchesa deck, and he cast Reins of Power and get all my creatures. He cast Marhcesa and He put's +1/+1 counters on them with Unspeakable Symbol or something like that and after that He sac them to Ashnods alter triggering Marchesa. So here are the questions:
1-Let's say that I had 4 creatures that were stolen. Since He sac them 1 at a time, It will happen 4 triggers of Marchesa 1 at a time. So If I respond in on the last Sac+trigger Casting Garna, the Bloodflame Will all the creatures return to my hand right?
2-Can I respond to it At the end of his turn?
3-Same case and situation as situation 1, but instead of casting Garna, what will happen If I cast Thrilling Encore?

So a friend of Mine have a Marchesa, the Black Rose "Stealing evento your Mother deck". If he uses Reins of Power or something like that to steal muito things And sac them to Ashnod's Altar triggering Marchesa, And O have Garna in my hand. What happens If I cast It at the end of his turn? There is a perfect timing to cast Garna in response to her trigger?
