You will want more fodder than outlets, because an outlet w/o fodder is essentially a dead card. That's why Viscera Seer is strong bc it acts as both. If you want to be sacrifice-heavy with this deck, I'd recommend at least 20-25 creatures. Remove your sorceries for now and focus on instants and creatures, with your enchantment as the only additional permanent you will control. Don't worry about bringing creatures back from the graveyard because it's usually not a strong enough play in Modern unless the creature is really powerful. That would be my direction with this build.

You need T1 plays. If you want to be a true aggro deck, that means putting creatures down ASAP. Red is stronger than black for creatures that want to be played early. Your current creatures are too mana intensive to work consistently, as you can't even put a creature down until T3, and at that point, your opponent will most likely have an answer for it.
Cards like Gravepurge and Rush of Vitality are counterproductive to an aggro strategy as well. They are essentially useless if you don't have creatures on the battlefield or graveyard. I'd remove those cards first and focus on building a strategy that has more plays for T1 and T2. Also, a playset of Evolving Wilds will hurt you more than help since the lands you fetch will enter tapped. Just replace those with more basic lands.

Vault of the Archangel is a better utility land than Orzhova.

Hey, great looking deck. These are my kinds of builds. I've played with a bunch of these cards, so here's what I'd suggest.
Raven's Crime is a great card, but getting one early is less than ideal since it's not targeted discard. The retrace feature is solid, but I wouldn't recommend running a playset of them. You only need one of them in the graveyard to get the real benefits. I'd say two max, and add a couple Duress or Harsh Scrutiny depending on the decks you play.
If your opponent is able to get any sort of creature down before you strip their hand, you have no response other than Funeral Charm and Smallpox which can hurt you as well. I'd suggest adding a couple targeted removals to the main board. This is one of black's strongest features so you have plenty of options to choose from. Best budget options are Grasp of Darkness and Victim of Night, but you need two swamps to run them, so I'd probably move to a one of each of those legendary lands.
I also like playing Vampire Hexmage in place of Hero's Downfall because it can hit more than just planeswalkers and it adds to your Arterial Flow flavor as a vamp for one less mana. But also needs two black mana to play, so not ideal if you're going to be running four colorless lands.

Vampire Hexmage could be considered over Hero's Downfall. It would add to your devotion and has the ability to remove planeswalkers and other cards that use counters, for one less mana too. Rain of Tears is a good sideboard if you want a substitute for Ghost Quarter. That way you can have the necessary mana early on to cast your discards.

Ah right, forgot about that. I don't play against Eldrazi much but this looks fun.
