4 Rafiq of the Many is a risky move; given that he's a four drop, and legendary.

I think you'll find that 24 mana and 12 mana producing creatures is a little much, even considering that your trying to pump Jenara, Asura of War, and accelerate into Clarion Ultimatum and Finest Hour . Another thing you may want to consider is your vulnerability to removal; only 10 of your creatures pose any real threat to your oppenent. Also, although Clarion Ultimatum synergizes with your enchantments, it dosen't seem to work that well with 3/4ths of your threat creatures (since they're legendary); were you hoping to grab more mana producers? I'd recommmend taking out either Finest Hour or Clarion Ultimatum ; Knight of the Reliquary would make a great addition to this deck, given it's synergies with Lotus Cobra . Good luck!

True dat. 3 of might be better. Still, standar players run 4 Baneslayer Angel] quite often. Granted, Baneslayer Angel is a beast, but Stonebrow, Krosan Hero and Gruul War Plow gaurantee an abusive combo. I'm working of finding a physical playset of Gruul War Plow myself.

Stonebrow, Krosan Hero and Gruul War Plow are sick! Put in 4 of each!

You're first couple of turns are gonna be tough. You might want to put in cards like Borderland Ranger to get you land AND chump blockers.

Look's interesting. I don't know what to think about 4 Nissa's Chosen with only one Nissa Revane in the sideboard, though

Yes, you're right. One should never make quips on tappedout.net without including at least one pretentious example; that's like taking a dump on one of Toulouse's works.
Jk jk
I wasn't trying to make some holistic comment about deck strategy; just a quick remark. But yes, to extrapolate: a priori, though it seems this deck may be fun to run, I don't think there's enough consistency to be competitive, due to the lack of 4-of's and 3-of's. In general, if you want to have a reliable starting hand, you should play 4 of the cards that you really wanna see (or run 4 Elvish Harbinger or something). Also, you may want to consider running less lands. From experience, Elf decks typically need less land that your average deck.

Not enough consistency.

Combos with Knight of the Reliquary , and garentees a smaller probability of drawing lands. I was also considering incorporating landfall, but haven't found anything that I feel would be playable in Extended.

So you're going for either mill, or activating Luminarch Ascension . I'd say chose one or the other. You could sub in 4 more cards for Archive Trap . As for Pithing Needle targeting Luminarch Ascension : I don't think many people will be running it; but if they do, just sideboard in your Pithing Needle and you should be fine. Just be careful to have Negate or Hindering Light on hand to counter Oblivion Ring , Maelstrom Pulse , and the like.
