I haven't really gotten much feedback or help yet, but after a lot of testing I've come up with 2 updated versions. Any thoughts on which is better?
I honestly can't say which version is better as both have been performing pretty well so far. Both are also more consistent than the version initially presented here.
I really think this deck has a lot of potential to disrupt the current meta decks, and would like some feedback on how to improve it or which version seems superior to post here.

Great list and gave me a few ideas for a deck I want to build. I think I will try and include 4 Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip into this shell. The mana from Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun could be dumped into Shalai, Voice of Plenty or Walking Ballista as a wincon. It also lets you draw into another creature. I may also try and include Sram's Expertise to help go wide and combo into several things including Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip. Anyways great list, and will be upvoting it cheers.

I like the creature list part of the deck a lot. I agree with multimedia about Rhonas being a good inclusion as a 1 or 2 of. Not a huge fan of Sweltering Suns in your list as it will hit your mana dorks and early drops. At least move it to the sideboard instead imo. I think Chandra, Torch of Defiance would be better than Jaya Ballard in your deck. Jaya will only interact well with 5 of your cards, while chandra comes out 1 turn earlier, ramps anything, and can also give you that final bit of damage if you get into a stalemate.
Other cards to consider include the following:
Karn, Scion of Urza - a good threat, gives card advantage, and very tough to deal with if you drop it early.
Vanquisher's Banner - bit expensive but can give you enough to finish on turn 5 sometimes, or gives the deck a bit more gas for the long game with card draw. You have 24 elves so you can proc the draw effect consistently.
Lifecrafter's Bestiary - think of it as a budget Karn. It can be helpful to fix your draws, and gives you card advantage so that you don't run out of gas against control or even match ups.
Walking Ballista - of my suggestions I really think this could help you the most. It can provide a mana sink later that you can use all that mana for and an alternate win condition to squeeze out that last bit of damage or clear the way of chump blockers. You could maybe try dropping Sweltering Suns for it and see how that goes. It works well with Chandra, Torch of Defiance too if you want to go that route instead of Jaya (really think you should imo for the reasons mentioned earlier).
Sandwurm Convergence - I know its hella expensive, but its a great alternate win condition that shuts down fliers. Not having to worry about all Lyra Dawnbringer, Glorybringer, most vehicles like Heart of Kiran, Rekindling Phoenix, Shalai, Voice of Plenty and loads of other popular threats right now is kind of a big deal. Which brings me to my final suggestion. Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun, can help you ramp into it very early.
Now these are just some suggestions. I wouldn't recommend going overboard trying to include them all or anything. That would only dilute your deck's plan so to speak. Incoporating a few of them could go a long way, but it's something you'd have to test out. At the very least though I think Rhonas the Indomitable, Chandra, Torch of Defiance (instead of Jaya), and Walking Ballista are the cards that could help your deck the most. The rest are just food for thought.
