Goblin Assault gives you a free goblin each turn, seems good here

I would suggest the addition of a third color splash into the mana base to play Painful Truths. It would only have to be on painland realistically, and you could draw 2-3 cards on average for it. Do it for Zendikar.

Haven of the Spirit Dragon seems like an auto include here, for it's ability to recur your primary wincon, and allow you to cast your Ojutai (although this reason is less relevant).
I love Dragonlord Ojutai, and actually have an Esper deck running 2 copies of him right now.

I still like the idea of adding in maindeck discard to protect the combo, such as inquisition, Thoughtseize, Duress, or Despise. It acts as a turn 1 play as well, and if you throw in Brain in a Jar, you'll have a one mana sorcery to cast with it (with the ability to do it during their upkeep, mind you).
I see your reasoning for Manamorphose, but I think your lands should get you there just fine. I guess it is a pseudo-ramp with scions though. Ultimately your call. Plus, it is ramp with Brain in a Jar ( although you'd want to cast Beck with brain over manamorphose).

"6/1/2011 Fresh Meat counts all creatures you owned that went to the graveyard this turn, including creature tokens that entered the battlefield under your control and nontoken creatures you owned but didnt control."

This seems like a solid deck, but I don't see the point of Manamorphose in the deck. Beck seems a little too cute for this without Brain in a Jar or any of the expertises. If you say your combo has too many weaknesses, then hand disruption might be useful, such as Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize, since you otherwise have no turn one plays, and those can strip combo-killing cards out of your opponents hand.

So I wanted to try crafting a deck that utilizes Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle and Splendid Reclamation to combo kill the opponent. Traditionally this type of deck has been oriented more towards Scapeshift to combo kill, and decks that tried to use Splendid Reclamation typically looked a lot like scapeshift decks, in that they were trying to Bring to Light/Splendid Reclamation with 4/5c decks. I believe this combo can be accomplished more easily by using discard/sacrifice land effects with mana dorks (to ensure 4 mana). Currently in the process of being developed, and would love feeback!
