Nillstan Mad Shaman
Hello. On your “American armaments” deck, I was wondering if jhoira is usable in the budget version over Raff? Thanks in advance!

I'm glad you like it, first of all. It warms my heart that people like my idea enough to actually play it.
Now for your questions.
Jhoira and Raff were cut for pretty much the same reason. They're just bad in the current meta, now that I'm gearing for competitive. Scoundrel allows me to actually get back on my feet if the game goes long and hard, and the others just didnt do that.
Curator's Ward shines in matchups where removal is extremely prevalent. Golgari Midrange (21% of the meta rn) is the biggest thing that Ward allows you to smash through. Many of the control decks are playing less wipes and more spot removal. It shines there as well. Izzet Spells is pretty big right now as well. They carry no wipes at all, and Ward guarantees one of your threats can stick, which is a nightmare situation for them.

An absolute wall early on, and cheap card advantage later.

Okay so I've been working on this absolutely stupid thing here. Thing about it is, it's actually decently strong for what it is. I could really use a hand if Y'all dont mind.
Budget is 100 bucks paper. Have fun and lemme know what yall think :)

First off, thanks again bruv. Glad you like it. Thing is dumb, strong, and just plain old fun to pilot.
I actually considered path mb, as bigger boys means easier crewage and stuff like that. It ended up not working too well overall, but wasnt useless. So I sb'd it to see if I could find something better. So far that's a no.
As for the mb Sprouting Renewal, I tested that as well. It was great as a tempo card and functioned well in its place. That said, that wasnt where I wanted this deck to go. I built a tempo version (the very first version) and it just wasnt fun. This thing doesnt really adhere to anything. It just does. And it's way more fun. I figured that renewal's overall value was nearly too good to pass up, so sb'd it, and its proven great in many a game.
I'm currently testing with weatherlight and sissay to see how well they work out.

First off, thanks. Weird things happen to me early in the morning. I take my wackiness VERY seriously. That said, cant quite tell if you mean Good Outrageous or Bad Outrageous.
Then, your suggestions.
March is out of the question. The absolute budget limit is 100 bucks. I'm actually thinking about cutting the first one to make room for stuff that works better in the deck.
Sap migration is good with the number of convoke cards in this. That said, it underperforms compared to Hunted Witness in the face of the many sweeper Heavy decks that would ruin this deck's day. I'm willing to test both ways though.
The greatworm is a personal touch, as this deck is built to put out massive amounts of tokens that crew stuff and convoke stuff. Makes a pretty great finisher, consider many autoscoop to it. And it's really not that hard to do.

But I can absolutely see the thought process behind all of them, as for a while, they WERE the cards in the deck. Only thing is, this deck evolved without them.

I have previously tested all your suggestions. Unclaimed territory is good if you have the extra cash. Swashbuckling is meh compared to the rest. The two fliers CAN work depending on the concentration of fliers in your local meta. And the shield is just bad. It doesnt do the job that this deck needs to be doing at all and takes up a slot that could be filled with something more potent.
