Just posting this real quick before I leave --
I think that a graveyard strategy could be really interesting. If that's where you want to go, then I would definitely recommend Search for Azcanta Flip to fill your graveyard and dig for your combo pieces. Demon of Dark Schemes would also be amazing, because with a Panharmonicon out, all other creatures get -4/-4 (including the ones you gave them with Dowsing Dagger Flip -- hello, Energy!), and he can reanimate any creature put into the graveyard this way - even if that means reanimating Restoration Specialist to sacrifice and grab the Dagger and play it, then reanimate Specialist again :P Or just a Hostage Taker to safely swing in with your 5/5 flyer.
Keep me updated on this thing. I'm excited :D

And I want to say that Hostage Taker is doubly amazing in this deck. You can exile their creature, and if it returns they take damage from Trespasser's Curse. You can exile your own Dowsing Dagger Flip or Champion of Wits and recast it immediately. And with Panharmonicon, you can exile two things.

I had just written a really long comment, but I guess TappedOut is randomly down for maintenance and I lost it... anyways, here were some of my recommendations:
Authority of the Consuls (in place of Kinjalli)
Fumigate / Settle the Wreckage
This deck looks really fun, and I hope it works as well as I want it to :)

Have you considered Paradoxical Outcome as a way to save/reuse/find combo pieces? Disappearing Act could also be a very good card for you if you can return a Dowsing Dagger or any of your other creatures.

snowmaster55555atgmaildotcom Ooh, I definitely agree. I don't really need Sweltering Suns anyways when I already have a 3CMC board wipe, and Hour of Devastation also hits planeswalkers, which I imagine would be difficult for me to deal with. I'll make the change now.
I don't have the cards at the moment to build this deck, but I will definitely proxy them to playtest and smooth out the edges before I buy them (and also report the progress here). While it's true there aren't enough Fog effects in Standard right now, I'm hoping that this will be a fun alternative to the traditional Turbo Fog :)
Thank you for your feedback!
