Not a problem! I personally play Esper and my favorite creature type is vampire. I am still waiting on my esper vampire commander though. Haha. In the mean time I am building an Edgar Markov deck for my man. I have to thank you too, for I have gotten some ideas from your list as well.

I would suggest the obvious suit of shock and fetch lands. I absolutely love the idea of Drana's Emissary, but it usually gets cut from most of my decks. I would definitely suggest Cliffhaven Vampire which ends up doing more work and infinitely combos with Exquisite Blood. Which I would suggest as well for Exquisite Blood infinitely combos with Sanguine Bond. Would also suggest Whip of Erebos or Vault of the Archangel. Possibly Attrition. I have to suggest Crib Swap as removal that nets you a vampire(For this is technically a vampire spell). Blades of Velis Vel, Nameless Inversion, and Shields of Velis Vel are worth mentioning, though maybe not needed, on the same token.

Absolutly! Not a problem! I would also suggest Aqueous Form if you want to make sure he goes through.

I'm sure it's a work in progress, but I tried to play test and you have one land. Make sure Command Tower gets in there my friend.
Not that it last long in competitive, as a casual card, you may want to look into Lighthouse Chronologist.

I feel it may need more Enchantment hate. I would argue in the the form of non-creature spells, such as Beast Within. I play tested this deck against one of mine. I was able to ramp out Overwhelming Splendor turn 5 and your deck was useless. Now, if you don't see yourself playing against Overwhelming Splendor, another creature with a destroy enchant/artifact ETB would be great, for you have a couple ways to bounce. If you were going to do this, I would remove, Patagia Viper, for the first time you bounce it, it dies. Though it does have a potential to net you 5 experience counters, you may be able to find cards with more value. (Such as maybe Eyeless Watcher, if not for hate. It provides ramp, and you have ways to make things unblockable, or give trample, not sure the Flying is a huge leg up.)

Also, I would make another suggestion, though it is more favorable to my colors than yours. My suggestion would be having more options for protecting Tainted Remedy once it is out, and/or making sure it hits the board. For this I would remove maybe False Cure, though mostly Isochron Scepter. I personally love the idea of Isochron Scepter, though it is really kinda more of a dream card. You firstly need both cards. Secondly it is so easily targeted by artifact hate. If you find the Isochron Scepter being less and less effective against those you have played before and are ramping up the hate, here is my suggestion. Being that you do not have access to blue counter magic, and Dash Hopes is not consistent enough, I would look into stacking two or more Greater Auramancys. Though I do recognize this is a costly addition, even just as a one of.

Haha. I Couldn't give you that +1 without it! xD It's really great for a early board state and kitchen table politics in multiplayer early games. I personally run it in a multiplayer B/W table drain deck, with Tainted Remedy.
