How good is Bygone Bishop? Haven't used him since his power level really decreased this past couple months. I could see Thraben Inspector here on the curve for some more reliable cheap clues. And Concealed Courtyard with Murder mb and especially 4x Grasp of Darkness sb.

I gotcha. Yeah, prior I had commented I looked at the list with the assumption crewing with a single creature. However, crewing two creatures for a 6/5 flying haste double lightning strike turn 4 seems about as good as it's going to get for this meta.

Ah, ic why your running 3x Flagship. A little bonus with the haste. Wasn't thinking really much on that plane because of his double crew requirements.

I don't think Hidden Stockpile needs to be a full set. But from experience it's really good in with 3-4x. Underplayed maybe.
If you or anyone wants to see a great rough draft on Stockpile I'd suggest this:
Utilizes Gideon with Stockpile to the fullest. Plus various other anthems. But I get you have a cool unique build. Hope this gives some ideas/considerations.

Finally I stumbled upon a deck that knows how to use Pia! May combo(ish?) live long. Well done! +1

Definitely have to side with Colorschemer. Scrapheap looks wonderful here. If you can budget him.
Vengeful Rebel feels more of a SB card. Unless meta dictates otherwise. You have so much potential removal it seems redundant.
Finally, the SB should be extra prepared for control like decks. Where they run few creatures or Rai combo that will simply avoid sorcery removal.

Scrapheap and Chief are really good together on the curve. I like him here, too. Seems right.

I also think a full set of Angel of Invention is a great idea here. Still play it in my aristocrat builds and it's usually a great drop. If not I sb some of them out with the proper cards.
Animation Module sucks. I've seen it played here and there and have found it underwhelming virtually every time. Unless there's a build out there that really can utilize it (I haven't seen one) it's a dead artifact. There's simply better servo generators out there. And that says a lot cuz Standard really has a small pool of them.

I'll be interested in how Stockpile plays out. In my own playtesting in continues to grind out games for the win. Here is a different story with the midrange feel I mentioned. But it looks pretty cool either way.
My biggest beef with Stockpile without enough sac value is going up against aggro. If I draw 2 (which is good) but if ever I have no creatures to get the engine running quickly it looks like a stagnant enchantment.
Going with Thraben seems correct. I'd personally looks at taking out a Chief of the Foundry, Immolating Glare, Sram's Expertise and something else. Not sure what. If Thraben did come in 4x Fatal Push seems like a winner.

I agree a lot with the e-wilds and Trinketeer. Funny I'm always one for Chief over Trinketeer for every reason you mentioned. For some odd reason I had to include him for the sheer enjoyment.
The deck is in a state of evolution. And e-wilds is an issue. I use it in an Abzan Revolt deck and works very consistent to the theme. Here, however, it's not the best I believe. Eventually, Hidden Stockpile needs to go up 4x. It truly is that key card that makes this build worth it, imho.
Glad u commented.

I think Thraben is exactly what revolt mechanics want. I've played him quite a bit and it rarely disappoints. Tried Ayli, as well. It's an excellent card but I was disappointed in how much impact it made generally. However, if you have a meta of B/G Counters I think it might be worth testing.
Been playing W/B servos for a little bit. Servo Spread for the Win. It's on the budget side but I've gotten a good feel for what it can accomplish. One thing I've noticed is mana issues surprisingly. Getting Sram's Expertise consistently on the curve has been an issue when running Westvale Abbey Flip. Mulligans are another story.
You have more of a midrange shell so I'm not sure how much Hidden Stockpile will be effective. Not unless there's a healthy amount of creatures/tokens and a few sac outlets. Like Thraben for instance, etc.
I could see a split. Maybe 3-4x Thraben and a couple stockpiles. Maybe even trimming a Chief of the Foundry to make room.

i like what this is going for. however, it needs focus, imo. Metallic Mimic is here for 11 other servo spells. Nothing there that warrants him. Playtesting shows quickly how clunky it is.
If utilizing Gideon I'd go Hidden Stockpile. Working on revolt mechanics to get the job done alongside Gideon.
Not sure how Liliana and Sram's Expertise can work together. Both are excellent cards. But here I don't see any synergy or compliments. It seems like this needs to be truly creature or spells/servos to be really competitive.

I think your updated list is the most consistent yet. Good job.
February 7, 2017 8:31 p.m.
I'd agree Sram would seem to alter what you have here. It's a great card, but yeah, it will have to alter mana base and curve to get the full effect.
There's that other Servo artifact generator that looks better than Schematic. It's to cast and to sac for another servo. Looks much more reliable than Schematic because you have 2x Trafficker to get the value.

Yeah saw that. Did make that B/G aggro deck, however. :) As far as the rest of the decks... it looks almost as bad as when Eldrazi consumed modern for awhile.

Personally I'd shy from Brawler and Siphoner in the same build. The mana restrictions are taxing. Unless one is really getting at energy.
Although it takes the fun out of Jund I would side with billchu13 on 2 colors. Seen some pretty decent B/G rock decks on tappedout.
February 5, 2017 9:11 p.m.
No, I meant when I'm playing against control's removal.
February 5, 2017 9:05 p.m.
Sry for the double post. You seem like a player who would grasp Glint-Sleeve Siphoner. Do I want to buy this guy? I have this feeling in my stomach like he might be a trap. However, here he seems much more feasible. Ex. being Harnessed Lightning.

I like the Judge and Aetherborn big time. In playing with Judge lately I think one or the other makes more sense. Not sure exactly here cuz you do have extra counter spells. Personally, I just loathe when I have conditional creatures with no counters on my creatures. Removal is first the pops in my mind today. But like the build, for sure.
