Wonderful. Glad to see that there is a clear path from point A to point B. Thank you for pointing that out. That explanation is very nice to have and honestly I feel like it is worthy of being in the description.

That Putrid Imp alter is amazing and I am surprised to see the Eternal Witness in the description and not in the deck. May want to run an Exsanguinate along with your friend Skirge Familiar also.
That being said I have an important issue to address: "Once the engine is going, we can restructure the deck to contain: Kozilek and a Land." This statement found in the description is completely false. There is a Legacy deck that is called The Four Horseman that works the same way with milling through the deck and it has been ruled many times before that you can not use that shortcut since the actual cards that would be milled otherwise are random and not a certainty. To use a shortcut there has to be a clear path from point A to point B that is 100% certain. Here is an article regarding the way infinite loops are handled in regards to The Four Horseman deck, and I am sure you can find many more articles in this regard: https://blogs.magicjudges.org/telliott/2012/11/02/horsemyths/

Theater of Horrors is excellent. It is a better Outpost Siege since it allows you to cast any card exiled with it in future turns. Outpost Siege saw genuine competitive play in its Standard format and I fully expect the Theater to see legitemate competitive play as well as a card advantage engine. It looks to be the real deal, especailly if a midrange strategy that incorporates Rakdos colors that plays stuff like Shock or Lightning Strike emerges, which is likely. If you are planning on picking up any of the cards from the new set in a preorder, that enchantment is a good one to pick up early. It is definitely a potential sleeper card.

Risk Factor is like a gajillion times better than Browbeat also consider Bloodbraid Elf and the oh so overlooked but good enough to be banned from Standard at one point Rogue Refiner also, if you really want to be that guy, run like 3 Elder Deep-Fiend and 2 Kozilek's Return with maybe like 4 Thought Scour.

Siege Gang will not kill the Homura. I absolutely adore this deck though. As a fellow red player that runs Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs with Homura in the main deck this list is wonderful.

no Lightning Strike or Llanowar Elves? I can understand not running the elf with 4 cannonade main. consider some Demanding Dragon especailly since Sarkhan is in the deck. You could cut 2 lands. Dire Fleet Daredevil will not always be good. I can see how Lava Coil could be better than Lightning Strike in best of 1 but honestly Lightning Strike is too good to not run, especially since it deals direct damage and can close out games with more flexibilty and less mana cost than Banefire for a consisten 3 damage. 4 Tresure Map is a little too much in my view. -2 Treasure Map -2 basic land -2 Dire Fleet -1 Banefire -1 Lava Coil for 4 Lightning Strike and 4 Demanding Dragon would be the direction I would take with this.
