I consider replacing: Birds of Paradise + Vithian Renegades with Smelt + Delver of Secrets  Flip to lower the curve and have a better beatdown option to deal damage while I'm disrupting the opponent.
Is it a better option than the current setup ?

In that case Raging Ravine probably becomes worse (without Birds to help activate it earlier) as come into play tapped land and should probably be replaced by a combination of Copperline Gorge + Spirebluff Canal.

Also, would Rain of Tears be better than Fulminator Mage as LD in the SB for this deck ?

It can be flashbacked by Snapcaster Mage (unlike Fulminator Mage which needs Liliana, the Last Hope for repeated use) and hit basic lands.

I think that I should probably move the Liliana, the Last Hope and Ranger of Eos to the SB and bring in the 3x Lingering Souls to streamline the deck a bit.

Also, is Gurmag Angler better than a 3rd copy of Tasigur, the Golden Fang ?
Avoiding duplicate legends and having a 5-power creature seems good but it is also more difficult to cast early and reduces the chance of drawing the Tasigur.

Isn't Emerge Unscathed just better than Faith's Shield ?
You'll only be protecting creatures anyway and protecting yourself with "Fateful Hour" enabled seems like a rather fringe case.

The potential to use it for unblockable alpha-strikes (similar to what Jund does with Temur Battle Rage) seems interesting.

Orzhov Charm offers flexibility which I appriciate over the more narrow reactive options

Street Wraith is useful for enabling both Death's Shadow and the delve creatures while cycling through the deck and keeping the land count low.

Ranger of Eos is a 1x-of which can be very impactfull later in the game, I might move it to the SB if it becomes a liability.

Lingering Souls (and Stubborn Denial) is in the SB as I'm not sure if deserves a maindeck slot over Liliana, the Last Hope which is one of my main recursion engines for the deck's threats.

With both Fatal Push and Path to Exile Dismember becomes unnecessary.
Orzhov Charm's main function in the deck is instant-speed Death's Shadow reanimation, but having the removal option (and the more fringe self-bounce option) is also good and helps grow the D.Shadow.
I think that it is better in this deck than a half of Rise/Fall.

Wall of Omens generates card advantage and is a good blocker (also for Seance'ing back on the opponent's turn).

Mainboard Fulminator Mage might be a good idea though it strikes me as more of a SB card (only "Living End" decks run it in the maindeck).

Sure Thragtusk is better but it is 5-mana compared to Aven Riftwatcher/Kitchen Finks 3-mana so it occupies a different slot on the curve and I don't want to run multiple 5-drops that can slow the deck down even more (it is rather slow already).

Abrupt Decay in the MD over Thoughtseize might be a good idea and I consider making the switch.

In my opinion Reveillark is about the best creature you can pair with Seance as with it's LtB ability it can bring back 2x other creatures (Eternal Witness/Wall of Omens/Satyr Wayfinder/Aven Riftwatcher/Fulminator Mage/Pack Rat etc.).
Liliana, the Last Hope is good too but I need more creatures for Seance so PW's seem less fitting.

I'm probably going to replace Reclamation Sage with Qasali Pridemage as it is better without an immediate target (as a 2/2 exalted creature) and is easier to get in the GY.
Harmonic Sliver is much worse, first it is only a 1/1 and second it's ability isn't a "may" so without an actual target it can destroy my Seance.

Necrotic Sliver seems interesting though the ability is rather expensive to use.

Yeah, Growing Ranks might be too slow and win-more but if you manage to combine them it can be really good.

Some cheaper options to extract value from the Seance tokens can be sac' outlets like:
Evolutionary Leap, Vampiric Rites, Hidden Stockpile (Seance also activates "revolt") or just Panharmonicon which generates value with all the creatures even without Seance.

A problem that I encountered is being unable to apply pressure against decks (like ramp/combo) that don't care about blockers or lifegain with Satyr Wayfinder/Wall of Omens being my early creatures.
My "real" creatures are basically at 4-cmc with Restoration Angel and Siege Rhino (and the 1x-of Kitchen Finks).

I consider adding Pack Rat for this purpose (over Aven Riftwatcher and Restoration Angel) as it can grow out of control and also feed cards to Seance and copy itself after being brought back by Seance.

What do you think ?
