I've been "playing" MTG since Mirrodin, but considering I was 8 years old when it released, it would be realistic to say the rules were more like guidelines at that point. My more serious playing began with the release of M10. I'm a dedicated player, I prefer eternal formats and cube. Standard is alright, as long as there is an alright goblins deck to be played.
