Wardscale dragon and multiple opponents

If I attack with Wardscale Dragon and others to more then 2-3 opponents, does his effect tricker on all of them as long as 1 dragon attacks each target

The defending player is only the player that Wardscale Dragon is attacking. All of the other players still can cast spells. Here is the ruling from the gatherer:

11/24/2014 - Defending player refers to the player Wardscale Dragon is attacking or the controller of the planeswalker Wardscale Dragon is attacking. In multiplayer formats that allow attacking multiple players, your other opponents can still cast spells, even if you control other creatures attacking those players or planeswalkers those players control.
