Transfer of cumulative upkeep counters with Donate

If I had a Illusion's of Granduer that had 2 cumulative upkeep counters in it and used Donate to give it to an opponent, would those counters transfer with the card to that opponent?

Yes, the upkeep(age) counters are on the permanent.
