Teleportation Circle vs end triggers?

If i use a card like Putrefax and i have Teleportation Circle on the field, would Putrefax's end step trigger still go off after blinking with Teleportation Circle?

Triggers that trigger "at the beginning of" a step or phase all trigger at the same time when that step or phase begins. A blinked Putrefax will not trigger until the end step of the next turn. Be aware though that it does trigger on EACH end step, so you will need a way to blink it on the end step(s) of your opponent(s) if you plan on keeping it around for you to be able to attack with it again.
