Question regarding Goblin Rabblemaster

If I attack with two goblin creature tokens with Goblin Rabblemaster, thus giving my Rabblemaster +2 +0 until end of turn and my opponent kills one of my tokens before combat damage, does my Rabblemaster still have +2 +0 until end of turn?

Yes. When the ability it resolves it gives your rabblemaster a boost based on your attacking goblins.

It doesn't matter what happens to the goblins after that, it won't change what the boost was.
