How does Illuna work with a Hearse?

Let us say that Sarah has an Unlicensed Hearse that has tapped to exile two cards from a graveyard, making it an uncrewed 2/2. Then she decides to crew the Hearse, making it a creature, thereupon mutating Illuna under it. Mutate triggers, exiling three lands from the top of the library.

If the Unlicensed Hearse is on top, would this make the creature's power and toughness 2/2, or would the three exiled cards make it a 5/5?

it is a 2/2. The two abilities on Unlicensed Hearse are linked abilities and the CDA counts only those cards exiled with the activated ability.

607.2a If an object has an activated or triggered ability printed on it that instructs a player to exile one or more cards and an ability printed on it that refers either to “the exiled cards” or to cards “exiled with [this object],” these abilities are linked. The second ability refers only to cards in the exile zone that were put there as a result of an instruction to exile them in the first ability.
