How does Exquisite Archangel work with infect / commander damage?

Sorry I forgot how to format links.

If you're at 10 infect / 21 commander damage, wouldn't you still die after her ability resolves?

Since Exquisite Archangel doesn't remove poison counters, and commander damage can't be removed or interacted with, the next time state based actions are checked, you still lose the game.

Side note, to link websites, select the icon on the menu bar for the text box that looks like to links of a chain.
