fuse spells and Goblin Electromancer

I have Goblin Electromancer on the battlefield. I cast card with fuse. Will the fuse spell CMC be reduced by 1 or by 2?

If you cast a spell with Fuse, like Turn / Burn , then it is counted as one multicolored spell. Thus Goblin Electromancer will only reduce the cost by 1, making a Fused Turn / Burn cost 2UR instead of 3UR.

just one, while the spell is on the stack, the CMC becomes both mana costs and is only reduced by one
