Does Animar,Soul of Elements work on itself?

Hi, Does Animar,Soul of Elements ability of put +1/+1 when casting a creature work on itself when coming into play?

No.

Casting a spell happens before the spell resolves (in the case of creatures, entering the field). Animar's ability works while it's on the field. While casting it, it's not yet on the field.
