Does Act of Treason work on my creatures?

If an opponent used, for example, Frost Breath, can I cast Act of Treason on my creature(s) to untap them?

Yes, Act of Treason has no restrictions on what creatures you may target.

This is one of the rulings for Act of Treason:
10/1/2009 Act of Treason can target any creature, even one that's untapped or one you already control.
