Crewing

Does crewing a vehicle triggers -enters the battlefield- ability? For example does Soul Warden add life? Many thanks.

A permanent changing types does not cause it to enter the battlefield again. A vehicle turning from an artifact into an artifact creature will not trigger any ETB effects.
