Can I send Kozilek to the command zone from graveyard?

If I have Kozilek as my commander and it gets killed, can I let it go to my graveyard and then as it gets shuffled into my library send it to my command zone?Allowing me to shuffle my graveyard into my library each time he dies without losing him into my deck.

As for the question, yes. You can choose to have him be put into the graveyard or the command zone. If you choose the graveyard, you cannot put him into the command zone when he is put into the graveyard, but you can when he would be shuffled into the library.
