Can creatures with "attacks each turn if able" be assigned to attack during your opponent's combat phase?

Example: A creature with vigilance was bestowed by Mogis's Warhound attacks during its controller's combat phase and survives. Can it also attack during the opponent's combat phase?
Yes, it can block if it is untapped. No, it cannot attack during any combat phase other its controller's.

If you bestow a creature controlled by your opponent with Mogis's Warhound then the creature bestowed with it will attack each turn of your opponent

No, only one person may attack during any given combat phase, and that is the player whose turn it is currently.
