Windswept Heath banned in modern?

Windswept Heath is currently showing up as not legal in modern when I put it in my Modern Naya deck.

TappedOut has bugs occasionally. Cards from Khans have slowly been losing their Modern legality, I've had to fix 3-4 cards so far.

Same thing with Polluted Delta, it keeps screwing up and saying that it's not even Standard legal for me.

Yeah cards are starting to magically lose their legality like lemming said as I have already fixed a few of these cards already. :S
