Why aren't my decks being categorized in their folders (Standard/Modern/Legacy, etc)?

Some of my decks show up in their folders. Others do not. I've compared them side-by-side and the ones I'm looking at have NOTHING different other than the decklists, image used, and description. And yet, when I go to my Folders page, some show up as "Uncategorized" while the others show up in the correct folders?
And yea, I've set the Format for each of them. Anyone know what gives?

The format doesn't relate to folders. Oranizing your decks in folders is a manual process.
On the edit bar along the left hand side of your deck, you'll see an "Add to Folder" button or something like that. From there you can put your deck into any folder you've already created, or create a folder and put the deck in it.
I'm not sure how it automatically did that for some of your decks.
