negative upvote count

I just noticed a possible bug. The deck competitive-mono-black-midrange-on-a-budget has a negative upvote count. Why is this? Did the user do something wrong??

Negative upvote counts are usually a sign someone was cheating upvotes and got punished.

Those counters don't just go away at the end of turn.
