Kaladesh standard-legal?

TappedOut forum

I wonder. We're already 1 week in for kaladesh, and the site still says Kaladesh isn't standard-legal. When will it be, and when will Dragons/Origins rotate out? It's really hard to find kaladesh decks right now.

"the site still doesn't say Kaladesh isn't standard-legal", so everything is fine? =)

I think you know what I mean.

God I don't even play standard and yet I know the answers for this, "Tapped out isn't an authority on format legality. If you would like to know what cards are legal for any format use the official Wizard's website: http://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/rules-and-formats/formats" and "Standard consists of the current block and the two previous blocks. This means that all times there will be either 5 or 6 sets in standard."

I think you haven't understood the question. This is written on the SITE discussion forum. Kaladesh isn't notified yet as standard-legal.

Of course I know in the set legality rules, no need to be so rude about it.

I am just repeating what i have seen multiple times in terms of people complaining about set legality. Sorry if it came off as overly rude but those are the answers i have seen for 3 years every time someone complains about set legality.

Gidge, for the second time, that's not even what I was talking about. I KNOW Kaladesh is standard-legal, the site just didn't say that. THAT is why I made the post. Nobody asked for a clarification what set-legality means and how it's set up.

The people who said that are wrong. :)

Uri, Your original post said "When will it be (legal), and when will Dragons/Origins rotate out?" I assumed that meant that you would like clarification on standard rotation. It turns out I was wrong and my second post had absolutely nothing to do with that. It was an apology for sounding overly aggressive and a justification for the first part that also is apparently the wrong answer. I had seen for years everyone from mods down the line tell people that tapped out isn't an authority on card legality and to use the official Wizards site.

Either that has changed and yeaGO is trying to make the site authoritative, or that answer should never have been given. No matter which of those is true, I would thank you to not treat me like an idiot. You stated clearly that you knew how rotation worked. Once you state something clearly and not in a manner open to misinterpretation you would do well to take the time to see how something not directly addressing the misinterpretation could relate to what you were actually asking. It turns out I was wrong, but to quote someone from earlier in the thread "no need to be so rude about it".

yeaGO, thank you for the information. I will not spread the misinformation any more and will try to correct those i see spreading it.

"When will it?" ON THE SITE. The site is still saying Kaladesh isn't standard legal.

Literally, this phrase dude! "the site still says Kaladesh isn't standard-legal." How the hell is that one not going through?

I suppose it's possible he didn't read that carefully enough. Thank you for the report I hope everything is working consistently now.
