Hi guys, Id like to know what does the red cross beside decks mean ?. tkx for some help...

Means a deck needs help. You can access this feature yourself in the Edit page of any of your decks (limited to one).

the score for each deck got 2 numbers, i guess the first number is for the good rating, 2nd is for bad rating?

Its how many likes it got, how many comments the decks thread has, and how many times people clicked to load the list page.
