How do you access the hubs?

When you make a deck, it says you can add it to hubs. But I don't know how to find the hubs.

I know how to add decks to hubs, but I don't know how I can use them. There's nowhere where I can see the other decks in the hub.

In the deck creation page there’s an option to advanced search by hub. I think that’s it’s main use.

Under each format in that section you can select a hub from the dropdown menu too

you should see a dropdown box where you can select many of them, up near the format field
