Can't see decks I build in public

I built 2 standard decks and they are not private. Whenever I click on standard decks I see everybody's deck except mines

You need to deckcycle your decks. Also, make sure they aren't flagged as prototype.

yeah, you click Deck Cycle on your deck and it shoots it to the front page for a time. Make sure its not private!

On your deck page, you'll see a list of buttons for various options. One of the blue buttons is labeled "deckcycle." Click that.
Deckcycling puts a deck on the home page of the site and on the top of the appropriate hub and format pages. Even if you make a deck public, nobody will look at it or find it unless you cycle it.
Regular users can deckcycle once per day. Upgraded users can deckcycle up to three times per day, but not more often than once per hour.

I'm not exactly sure what the title means to say. Can you explain what you're doing and what you're trying to do?
