Can we add something to the MTG Q&A section?

What I propose is that we add links to gatherer.wizards.com and the mtg Rules PDF to the page that you see right before posting a question.

The reason I suggest this is I'm sure we all see questions that could easily be answered by simply going to one of those sites and searching for the card/ruling in question. I know before i got into the rules I wouldn't have been able to tell you where to find the rules or oracle text, so, having it easily accessible would help newer players answer their own questions.

I'll leave implementation up to you but I would suggest something large enough so people don't miss it.

If that is not doable I suppose I could write a self help article for the site. (though I'd prefer not having to do so lol.)
