Help My Deck to Full Potential ESPER

Good day. I went 1-3 on this deck because of me forgetting a lot of the abilities such as monument and alike. I fought also Scarab control Deck (Black and Blue) and Blue and White Control Decks (Something that makes him scry or exile his own cards) which made it really hard for me. Against an aggro deck like Naya Dino Decks I won. I am willing to pay a lot of money for this deck to improve. Hope to get feedback. Yes I am a beginnerEsper Flying Aggro
