New Format: Spectrum

What if WotC released a format: Spectrum. This format would consist of many standard formats: Every standard format seen since fourth edition. Of course, there would have to be a banned list. This would consist of every card banned in that standard. What kind of crazy things would happen? What bans would need to be made so one standard wasn't overly played?
This is called "Historical Standard", and you basically run with whatever bans were in place during those Standards. Go look at the Gauntlet of Greatness videos for inspiration.

I don't think he's talking historical standard though I think he is just trying to cram all the standards together. In other words, and eternal standard not actually standard.

You're just making a format that's halfway between Modern and Legacy without an appropriate banlist.
Magic doesn't have to run on Standard kids...
