Is there a format like Pauper/Peasant but allows all the uncommons?

Just wondering, if such a format existed Id definitely play it.

There is; it's called Silverblack. It's not exactly a popular or well known format, but I know there's a small community of players on Magic Online.

Dude. That would be really too much. There are actually quite a few more overpowered and expensive uncommons than even commons. I think the idea of pauper is to be an egalitarian legacy, where everyone's decks are more or less balanced and cost about the same ammount. Except only a few decks, most cost sub 50 dollars, as they should.

I've heard it referred to as Middle-class Magic. It is uncommons only. I wouldn't say it defeats the purpose, just opens a few more doors!
