Terrible shuffling on cockatrice? Help?

I play a deck with 26 lands. And at least 9 out of 10 games I end up with only one or two lands. I play the same deck in paper and it rarely happens to me. Is there something up with he algorithm?
The same happens on TappedOut's playtester. It's got some really funky stuff going on. Starts with 6 land, 3 copies of a card, 2 land starts, etc. occur regularly. These things just aren't mathematically likely to happen that often.

Press ctrl+s a really damn lot of times.... But yea, I always get mana-screwed on Cockatrice and not in real life....

I find that this happens to me as well on Cockatrice. I play scapeshift but sometimes draw no-land hands. I found that just mashing control+S took away the problem (most of the time)
