Td0 set on mtgo

OK so after extensive googling all i can find is the cards for sale. But on mtgo there is a set named td0. It appears to be a theme deck set but as far as i can tell only two mtgo theme decks have been released not containing many of the cards in this set. Any clue where these cards came from, how i can get them other than bots? Are they from actual purchasable decks?

There were a couple of MTGO exclusive Legacy theme decks and Commander theme decks, which I think accounts for all of the cards in that set. I'm pretty sure the only way to get hold of them would be to buy all of the individual cards from bots.
