official MTG toolbox kit, where did it go?

In looking for a good app for android that goes beyond just being a life counter, app to catalogue decks or search card evaluations I wondered why I wasn't coming across an official app from Wizards? Quick Google search came up the MTG toolbox kit which looks good but is nowhere on the Google playstore and the pages I found were dated 2012. So where's it gone? Can it be side loaded elsewhere? Anyone had experience with it?

I had it on my iPod around the time dark accention was released it never was updated for avacyn restored and just kinda crashed a lot. The idea was great though

Yeah i remember an article saying it came with all sets up to DA, but you hadf to pay for the rest after that....

Last I heard, they wanted to do it, but stopped for some reason.
