Rate my deck: Turbo Thopter Depths

I'm fairly new to MTG and want to get the upper han on my friends who's recently taken up MTG again since they played as kids. I never played myself before but want to take part in our new favourite pastime, and i need your help to optimise my deck. I already have Need rats? which need a bit of work, but i created this Turbo Thopter Depths deck to get an even more brutal and effective deck.

Please analyse and send your feedback - i really need your expertise and experience which i lack myself :)
