Looking for help with Esper Rebels Deck

I brewed up this deck for my LGS's 75 proxy legacy tournament. I wanted to bring something new and at least a little interesting, and when I read something about how Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero broke the old legend rule I was fascinated by the concept for building a deck around rebels. The only problem is I've never built a legacy deck before or even played it (although I've watched LSV play it and I've played vintage). There's not that much out there on rebels decks, so I started with a counterbalance/top/brainstorm skeleton with Lin Sivvi and worked outwards from there. Here's what I came up with, any help is appreciated: Vive la rvolution!.

Lin broke the old legends rule because it use to be if you controlled a legend, the other person couldnt even play their copy so the first person to have their legend out in the mirror basically autowon
