HELP with G\W Human tokens + etc

Yo I need help making a green white human token deck. Now I know that I'm going to attempt to include the humans have shroud card as like the first piece and then I know I need commander's authority/ rally the townsfolk with cathars crusade and doubling season plus the white version of doubling season that only makes creature counters.The trouble in having is putting all that together with enough cheap mana excel/ defense with 4 academy reactors/ enlightened tutors. I've noticed sometimes I'm locked playing this deck because I don't have a spear of Helios or enchantment for kills enchantments. Also I can't really figure how to ensure I have a wins the game or a loss of life win condition and I need one because I really can't figure how to recycle a deck's graveyard.So anyhow I'd appreciate any suggestions and I'd love if you make up a full deck as help. I haven't seen a best in case sort of human token deck around because of some obviously poor choices around and beyond all that my friends and I are cool with lotus and mox proxies and what not.Thanks for reading and in advance for the help.

It's basically what you're wanting to build: G/W with mostly humans and other weenie hatebear cards.

Is this for actual competative style Legacy or just casual friends stuff?
