Why no Singelton Legacy?

Why isn't this a format? Singelton Legacy where you play Legacy but you can only have one copy of each card, including those expensive duals and other cards you otherwise would need up to 4 copies of.

Seems fun to me, like a mix of legacy and commander.. Cheaper than ord. Legacy..

Why isn't this a thing?

It exists as Canadian highlander. 100 card singleton, points list.

What you described is legacy with less synergy and commander with less diversity.

it's pretty much tiny leaders, but without the commander rules.

Most Tiny Leaders decks are built like Legacy decks. Anafenza, the Foremost decks, for example, run almost every card in Maverick.

I built a few 60 card singleton decks (GB Sac/Value and UW Control) to play for fun with my friends. I like singleton because I like having all the options, and I also like variance. Canadian Highlander is the popular version, though.

Like monsmtg said in the first comment, the closest thing is Canadian Highlander. It's a great format that I wish would become more popular.
