Hi all -

My personal pet project for a while now has been to create a chaos draft cube. I have 5 sets in it now. If the set has more than 210 cards, I pare it down to the cards that will be more likely to draft or fun to play. I keep the others in case I want to switch them out later. The 210 card rule number is based on the fact that I can get 14 packages in each row, each of which holds 15 cards.

The rows are the bottom halves of used fat pack boxes that I buy from my lgs. The cube overall container is part of a toolbox that I bought for this express purpose (had drawers, was modular, etc).

I made a template for the cube packages which I have updated with the art and logos for each set. Constructing a row of 14 packages (printing, cutting, and gluing) take about 2 hours.

I'm currently in the process of collecting cards for New Phyrexia, The Dark, Chronicles, Zendikar, Champions of Kamigawa, Ravnica, and Mirrodin :) My play group is mostly jank and we tend to do multiplayer drafts, which is pure chaos haha.
